Hot Tub Assist Ltd. (HTA) was established on 31st March 2009 by ex employees of HotSpring
Spas Ltd. Watkins Manufacturing, home of the Hotspring® Spa brand, appointed HTA to be
their approved U.K Delivery, Installation and Service provider for Watkins Distribution
UK Ltd (WDUK). We are therefore very knowledgeable on the wide range of Watkins Manufactured
spas, including Hotspring®, Tiger River®, Limelight®, Hot Spot®, Solana® and Caldera®.
HTA are the only Watkins approved Service provider in the U.K in which ALL of its Service
Technicians have been fully trained and certified at the Watkins factory based in San Diego,
USA.
Also, as the only approved Delivery, Installation and Service provider to Rapid River® Ltd,
our technicians have the specialised knowledge and expertise necessary to work on the entire
range of Rapid River® exercise pools.
Hot Tub Assist also service and repair all other brands of Hot Tubs, such as Arctic, Jacuzzi,
Sundance, Spa-form, Master Spas, Canadian etc.
