I first got in touch with Hot Tub Assist when my 2003 Tiger River Spa developed a crack in the Shell which needed repair under warranty, one simple phone call was all that was required to set things in motion, Hot Tub Assist took care of everything arranging with us to collect the spa and take it away for repair, keeping us fully informed at all times as to progress of the repair. All works that Hot Tub Assist have carried out for us have been carried out to a very high standard.

I only wish other companies offered this level of after sales service it really is a rarity these days to find a company that would go to the lengths Hot Tub Assist have to ensure customer satisfaction, truly a first rate experience in every way.

"Just a quick e-mail to thank you so much for the Gold Service administered to my Hotspring Prodigy hot tub. Although I think I have performed the maintenance checks reasonably well over the 4 years I have owned the spa, I began to get a niggle that perhaps it would be wise to get a full check up and service. With all the trees near the tub I suspected that, over the years, it was inevitable that there would be a build-up of "crud" in the system. The Gold Service indeed proved this to be the case.

To know that everything is running well and at optimum, for the age of the equipment, is very re-assuring and I know too that there will be many more years of enjoyment to be had now that the service has been carried out.

So, thank you again and a special thanks to Andy who gave me invaluable information and performed the service with great professionalism."
