Day of the call-out

Our service engineer will call you in the morning with an estimated arrival time. If another job involves unexpected or complicated work, they’ll contact you with a revised time.

Onsite technical diagnostics

The onsite diagnosis often confirms the initial prognosis. Electrical faults or leaks can be harder to find, but our technicians are experienced and will track it down.

Assessment & quotation for repair

If the repair is covered by manufacturer’s warranty or Spa Shield, our technician will proceed with the repair. Otherwise, a quotation for the work will be prepared for you.

Repair work undertaken

Our vans carry most HotSpring parts, and we can often repair your hot tub during the call-out. In other cases, we’ll order replacement parts and schedule another visit once we’ve received them.
