Spa Inspection
An inspection, for the reduced fee of £96 (incl of VAT), ensures your hot tub meets the scheme’s required standards for cover.
If you’re on a service plan, we can inspect your hot tub during a scheduled visit. Our plans offer up to 22% off your servicing and Spa Shield costs, so they’re a cost-effective option.
Repairs
Our engineers will identity defective components and/or parts that require either repair or replacement.
They’ll prepare your quote and talk you through what’s needed and why. Often, we can carry out the repairs on the day.
Spa Shield Approved
When your spa is approved, you’ll receive an authorisation token via email, which, for security, is valid for 48 hours.
The process is simple. Just follow the email’s link, pass a mobile phone security step, and complete your purchase.
