As HotSpring specialists, you know that your hot tub is being repaired by a skilled engineer. We also carry most of their parts, and it’s likely that your spa will be repaired in one visit.

Call-out charge (includes 30 mins labour)

  • £129 (incl VAT) for England & Wales (excluding London postcode areas)
  • £162 (incl VAT) within London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ)
  • £189 (incl VAT) within London’s Congestion Charge zone
  • Any other surcharges e.g. parking

On-going labour rates & parts

  • After the initial 30 minutes, labour will be charged at £24 (incl VAT) per additional 15 minutes
  • Parts & accessories will be charged at our advertised rates

Our front-line team can be contacted on freephone 0800 849 2468, or via email at service@hottubassist.co.uk. You can also request a call-back, and we’ll ring you at a convenient time.

There aren’t many faults that our service team haven’t dealt with. Initial diagnostics often reveals that simply replacing a filter, or releasing an air lock, will resolve your issue.

Your hot tub’s problem may be serious and require an engineer. Our diagnosis will approximate the cost of the repair (unless the fault’s covered by manufacturer’s warranty or Spa Shield)

A date for our technician to visit will be booked. We won’t promise that the sun will be shining, but we do promise that we’ll be there even if it’s raining.

Our service engineer will call you in the morning with an estimated arrival time. If another job involves unexpected or complicated work, they’ll contact you with a revised time.

The onsite diagnosis often confirms the initial prognosis. Electrical faults or leaks can be harder to find, but our technicians are experienced and will track it down.

If the repair is covered by manufacturer’s warranty or Spa Shield, our technician will proceed with the repair. Otherwise, a quotation for the work will be prepared for you.

Our vans carry most HotSpring parts, and we can often repair your hot tub during the call-out. In other cases, we’ll order replacement parts and schedule another visit once we’ve received them.

During weekends, you might be meeting friends or occasionally working. You might not have the several hours needed to drain, scrub and refill your spa.

Our service plans do more than just clean. They identify wearing components before they fail and contribute to other faults.

Spa Extended Warranty

Subtle leaks and intermittent electrical faults have been known to result in several visits to find and resolve.

After your manufacturer’s warranty has expired, you can protect yourself against the cost of multiple call-outs with our Spa Shield extended warranty.
